6. Shipping and Delivery

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout, destination, carrier, and other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, we will provide tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. CheerFinds is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, customs delays, or other unforeseen events.

If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us so we can assist you in determining the appropriate next steps.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, eligible items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

Please contact CheerFinds before sending any item back. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for completing the return.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

CheerFinds is not responsible for errors in personalization information submitted by the customer.

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request when the order has not yet entered processing or production.

Personalized products may be especially difficult to change or cancel once production has begun.
